Here's a quick checklist:

The web is a dynamic and ever changing medium...Needless to say, there aren't many standards... If you are having problems viewing the CSI main website, it could be the result of a number of issues. CSI's website uses the following:
  • CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) Validated CSS2
  • Javascript
  • Macromedia Flash Player
  • Server Side scripting
 to display its content. (Note: connection speeds below 28.8Kb/s will work, but may take longer to load the full page. Please be patient.) If the page looks funny or misaligned, it probably means you are using an older browser, or an unsupported browser to view this page. We have tested the site on the following browsers: (THESE WORK):
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh 5.2 and above
  • Mozilla 1.0 and above
  • Mozilla 1.4(5)
  • AOL 9.0
  • Netscape Navigator 6.0 and above

Please check your browser settings to make sure Javascript, CSS and Plugins are enabled. You may need to contact your system administrator to change these settings if the computer is not yours.

If the page looks fine but there is a gray bar in the middle, you probably don't have the Macromedia Flash Player installed on your system. You will need this to access CSI's multimedia features. Click here to go to macromedia and download the Flash Browser Plugin.

If and ONLY if you have tried all of the above you can use this contact form to let us know the nature of your problem. (note:this page also uses javascript and css). Please select 'Web' from the dropdown. Please include the following information in your message:

  • Operating System (Windows/Linux/MacOS etc..)
  • Browser name and version
  • Computer make and speed
  • Connection Speed (Dial-up, Broadband, DSL etc...)
  • Details of the problem(be very specific!)
